Our restaurant is situated in a very attractive location in Valletta and our highly experienced team in the kitchen proposes a Mediterranean contemporary cuisine.
We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to form part of our team with the view of retaining our current high standards.
The candidates must have the passion and personality to work passionately under the guidance of the chef with the aim of providing our guests a high-quality product.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have the following characteristics:
- Have some proven experience in the role
- Possess key knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients and processes used for the dishes served.
- Be able to work autonomously and in an organised manner
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Is well groomed and well spoken
- Willing to learn
- Be part of a dynamic team
