We are looking for a Restaurant Chef de Partie with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence to oversee and operate our well-established and highly-acclaimed restaurant TORO TORO at Mercury Tower by Zaha Hadid Architects.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Chef de Partie to play a pivotal role in our culinary team. This individual will be entrusted with managing a specific kitchen
section, ensuring the efficient operation and preparation of high-quality dishes. Reporting directly to the Sous Chef or Head Chef, the Chef de Partie will collaborate with other team members to uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This position demands culinary expertise, creativity, leadership, and a deep commitment to excellence in every aspect of the kitchen's operation.

Key Responsibilities:

*Food Preparation and Cooking: Masterfully execute dish preparation and cooking, adhering to established recipes and standards.
*Guarantee consistency in flavor, appearance, and portion size for all dishes.
*Conduct ongoing quality checks during the cooking process, making necessary
adjustments to ensure superior quality.
*Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a pristine kitchen
environment.
*Lead the operation of a designated kitchen station, such as grill, sauté, pastry, among
others.
*Ensure seamless collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff for efficient service.
Manage inventory for ingredients and supplies, maintaining optimal levels at all timesÇ
*Oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
*Foster a cooperative environment, coordinating tasks to maintain peak efficiency during service.
*Maintain clear communication with the culinary leadership and team members, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
*Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, guiding them in their professional development.
*Collaborate in creating new menu items and specials, bringing innovative ideas to the
table.
*Stay abreast of culinary trends and techniques, contributing to continuously improving the restaurant's offerings.
*Perform rigorous quality assessments on ingredients and dishes, ensuring adherence to the restaurant's high standards.
*Uphold compliance with food safety regulations, contributing to implementing kitchen
policies and procedures for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
