We are looking for a Restaurant Grill Line Cook with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence to oversee and operate our well-established and highly-acclaimed restaurant TORO TORO at Mercury Tower by Zaha Hadid Architects.

Our esteemed restaurant seeks a talented and proficient Grill Line Cook to enhance our culinary team. This pivotal role is dedicated to preparing and executing various grilled dishes, encompassing meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables, with unwavering precision and flair. The ideal candidate will embody a fervent passion for culinary arts, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a bustling environment while upholding
the utmost standards of quality and consistency.

Enhanced Responsibilities:
*Masterfully prepare and cook various grilled items, adhering to the restaurant's cherished
recipes and high standards.
*Guarantee that all items are grilled to perfection, achieving the desired temperature and
doneness, while also maintaining exceptional quality and presentation.
*Work harmoniously with the culinary team to ensure a seamless and efficient output of
grilled dishes during peak service times.
*Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the grill station, ensuring ingredients are
properly stored and rotated.
*Vigilantly monitor stock levels of grill ingredients, collaborating with kitchen management
for timely replenishment.
*Comply with all food safety and sanitation protocols, including meticulous handling and
storing all food items.
*Contribute to the creation and refinement of new grilled dishes and recipes, enhancing the
culinary offerings of the restaurant.
*Ensure a cohesive kitchen operation during high-volume periods, aiming for excellence in
service and guest satisfaction.
*Follow all established guidelines for food preparation, portion control, and waste reduction,
contributing to the restaurant’s operational efficiency.
*Embrace additional duties as designated by the kitchen manager or executive chef,
supporting the broader needs of the kitchen.

*Outstanding ability to communicate and collaborate with the kitchen team, fostering a

*A strong commitment to quality and consistency, with an acute attention to detail in every
aspect of food preparation.
*Solid understanding of and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a
safe dining experience for all guests.
*Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to
meet the demands of the restaurant.
*While not mandatory, a culinary degree or relevant certification will be considered an
asset.
