PLUM OPERATIONS LTD is a company that owns different brands under the umbrella of: ARTISANAL CHOCOLATE/CAKES/CONFECTIONARY/BAKERY & VIENNOISERIES. The brand Sunday in Scotland (www.sundayinscotland.com) creates Luxurious, Artistic Chocolates, Cakes & Confectionary, Combining Sweets, Art & Culture. We are currently looking for a Commis (Pastry and/or Bakery) to strengthen our team.


Responsibilities

• Participate in food preparation
• Involved in overseeing the inventory and managing supplies.
• Prepare and cook Company products according to the Chef's guidance and recipe requirements.
• Carry out labeling, ticketing, and packaging activities according to company’s instructions.
• Work together with other team members on a daily basis and for specific projects/events.
• Assist the team to ensure that the Company’s standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety are maintained.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience.
• Good communication skills in English
• Be able to work well within a team and also on own initiative
• Be able to produce high quantities in a timely manner, while maintaining quality standards
• Be meticulous
• Be passionate about the food industry
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends, public holidays and early mornings.
