-Chef specializing in Middle Eastern Cuisine. We are seeking a skilled Chef with expertise in Middle Eastern Cuisine to join our team. In addition to culinary responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Prepare authentic Middle Eastern and North African dishes. Plan menus, purchase ingredients, and ensure timely meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Manage inventory and stock control for kitchen supplies and groceries. Ensure the restaurant is kept tidy and in order at all times. Perform light duties, including cleaning common areas.

Qualifications

-Previous experience as a Chef specializing in Middle Eastern or North African Cuisine. Proficiency in Middle Eastern spices, ingredients, and cooking methods. Culinary solid skills and ability to create flavorful dishes.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in any additional language is a plus.

-Other Requirements: Must possess a valid passport. Availability for occasional travel for training and food tasting, etc. abroad.
