Provide efficient and effective cleaning support to the company, including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the building and surroundings are maintained in accordance with the required standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Aid and assist in the daily duties and requirements of the department.
• Maintain a high level of product quality and performance in his/her work,
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls.
• Carry out work as instructed or directed by superiors
• Maintain a high level of efficiency in the performance of his/her duties.
• Observe all company rules and regulations,
• Carrying out work safely and responsibly,
• Provides direction for all day-to-day operations.
• Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees.
• Ensure that the area within his/her responsibility is properly organized.
• Be flexible and able to work in other departments.
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene, be well groomed.

Qualifications

Good command - spoken Maltese or English.
Exercise good control, co-ordination and communication with other employees
