Role Overview:

As a full-time and part-time Massage Therapist Advisor at Carisma Spa & Wellness, you will deliver a comprehensive range of spa treatments, including Ayurveda, Hammam, therapeutic massages, Lomi Lomi, and specialized facial treatments. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative spa programs, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through our Carisma brand standards and sales protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a wide array of spa treatments with the opportunity to gain additional certifications (e.g., Physiotherapy).
Design and introduce new spa services, enhancing our offerings.
Achieve exemplary rebooking and retail sales performance.
Uphold Carisma brand standards in every guest interaction, demonstrating sales acumen.
Conduct routine training for the spa therapy team, elevating service standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service, garnering positive feedback and reviews.
Forge strong client relationships through effective communication and rapport.
Inform guests about hotel amenities, restaurants, and property highlights.
Support Spa Management in reception duties and assume all therapist responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in a broad spectrum of spa treatments and techniques, with a preference for candidates holding additional certifications.
Proven track record in sales and customer service excellence.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and build rapport with guests.
Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy, with a preference for experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
Fluent in English, with basic math skills and a working knowledge of customer and market dynamics.
Professional presentation and a flair for fashion.
