Alkagesta Ltd, newly established in Malta, is a commodity trading house. it is strengthening its base in Malta and is looking for specialised staff to work in its office in Sliema, Malta.
The job content of the Operations Specialist role is as follows:
To act as primary liaison with suppliers/clients
To oversee physical processes, lay time and effective communication
To handle vessel/barge scheduling and inventory control
To report to the Finance, Accounts and Risk Departments
Qualifications
The requirements for the role are as follows:
Minimum of 3 years' work experience in operation in the oil and gas industries
Strong working knowledge of English, Russian and Azerbaijan
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
Contract administration experience in pipeline trading, storage etc
