- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Check in & check out hotel guests
- Handle reception cash float
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the staff and management.
