Currently we are looking for fluent Spanish Speaking Compliance (Customer Service) Agent, who is looking to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for further professional and personal development.

The role of a Compliance agent is to merge the flow of the FTD (first time depositor) and prepare the client to become an active client. During the process the Compliance Agent will fulfill the required regulation needs regarding documents of the client. The agent will be collecting necessary documents from the client, verifying the documents, uploading them onto the system and lastly, send the client to the relevant department for the conversion.
