As our Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people over the phone and in person through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Furthermore, you shall also be assisting with data entry, bookeeping duties, filing and similar tasks as a supporting role to your colleagues.

> May spk and write fluently in Engligh and Maltese
