Our client, an international company providing a full range of cost-effective administration solutions in the international life, pension & investment sectors are looking for a Client Service Officer to join their team.

You will be reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager whilst forming part of a team focusing on daily processing of documentation from external clients/advisors/vendors and providing high quality service, achieving customer satisfaction within the parameters of the specified Service Level Agreements.

The chosen candidate will be ensuring that all process of documentation is compliant with rules, policies and other requirements and verifying that all information received in is good order by performing quality control checks.
You will prepare reports and assist colleagues during peak times and on special projects whilst being responsible for filing and data inputting for external customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in a similar post and have an A’level standard of education. Hours for this role are 07.00-23.00 Monday to Friday on a shift basis.

Must be fluent in English and Maltese
