Payroll Clerk

A well-established client of ours is looking for a ‘Payroll Clerk’ to assist their HR team in the day to day running of the department. The location for this vacancy is based in the North of Malta
The Primary Purpose of the role:
- Computation & Deduction of Wages.
- Entries into the Payroll System
- Updates on Vacation/Sick Leave Records & Overtime.
- Generating Reports for Management.
- Maintaining & Updating Employee Files
Support and assistance where needed will be given throughout by our fully qualified team of experts. Wage will be commensurate with the level of experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum A' Level standard of accounting/payroll education or similar.
- Ideally 1 year work experience in a similar position.
- Must be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise work and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Knowledge on the Shireburn Payroll System is highly considered as an asset.
