Part Time Accounts Clerks

Nouv MT is a professional services firm operating in the financial services industry.

In view of the ongoing growth in its portfolio of local and international clients, the firm is seeking expand its young and motivated team by employing Accounts Clerks on a Part Time / Reduced Hours basis.

Key Responsibilities include :

- Maintenance of Purchase & Sales day books;
- Supplier reconciliation;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Inter-company reconciliation;
- Assist in the compilation of Vat Returns;
- liaising in the Audit process.

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience :

- A' level in accounts or AAT qualification;
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills;


Personal Attributes :

- Being a highly organised individual capable of working in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision;
- Comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
- Excellent communication skills in English, and preferably in Italian too.
