SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Crown Cold Stores Limited is looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage new customers primarily in the food and catering sector.

Salary Package
An attractive fixed monthly basic wage
An attractive sales commission percentage
Additional yearly bonuses based on established sales targets as well as product targets
Package also includes the use of company car, mobile, tablet and other sales resources

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads
Resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and dispatch departments
Track sales and status reports

Qualifications

Requirements

Proven work experience as a sales representative. Experience in the food and catering sector is considered an asset
Basic knowledge in the use of sales programs
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Management skills and openness to feedback
