Manager - Security Services

Security Service Malta Ltd

You will be required to manage day to day operations and monitor processes on the various services that we offer.

You will guide a young but experienced and responsive team and motivate your subordinates to achieve targets and to maintain a high quality service that our clients expect.

We require you to perform surprise visits to our sites, and meeting clients to appraise the performance of our officers on a continuous basis. It is very important that you ensure that our officers are meeting our client's requirements and that the service offered is up to the standards that the company is geared to offered.

Finally, you will be responsible for monitoring our procedures at our head quarters, to ensure that risks are mitigated as much as possible and to respond to any increased risk level threats that may arise from time to time.

Qualifications

Full training and guidance will be provided.

Candidates with relevant experience in the sector will be given preference.

A degree in management relevant to the sector will be considered an asset.
