PORT AGENCY OPERATIONS CLERK

Forming part of the Port Agency team, the selected candidate will be responsible for all ship related requirements from pre-arrival to post-sailing, close coordination with Terminal/Port and Principals, attending to ship and crew requirements, and other general duties relating to the division’s operational functions.

• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Drive and initiative combined with a good level of business discipline;
• A sharp focus on customers;
• Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
• Solve problems creatively whilst demonstrating a high level of integrity.

The selected candidate must be in possession of a valid and clean driving licence.
