Administration / Receptionist Clerk

Our company, Cutajar Limited is a leading importer of consumer electronics and household appliances. We are also own and manage five retail shops ( Ultimate outlets). We require an administration clerk at our office/service department at Birkirkara. The job involves answering and forwarding telephone calls, sales invoicing, stock costings and inputting as well as other general office duties. The job also involves customer service handling and the ideal candidate would have to work as a team with our customer service department.

The successful candidate would be trained in all the above duties.

Qualifications

Be computer literate, ECDL qualified and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Have O Level or post-secondary level of education.

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Maltese.
