Customer sales / Service person

General Genetics

We currently recruiting for English speaking customer service and sales executives that can also speak German to work on a full-time basis with an international e-commerce company.The shift covers five days a week Monday to Friday. The successful applicants must be confident dealing with clients on the phone, must have an excellent command of English and German at it is required.

Candidates with knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.

The ideal person will be a pro-active team player with a strong work ethic and must be comfortable in a sales oriented position. Computer skills are essential (Word, Excel & good email writing skills).

Experience within a similar post will be considered an asset (Call centers).

Qualifications

Call center experience, Native English speaking with German or Spanish as a 2nd language.
