Pool Receptionist / Office Duties

We are currently looking for a full time Receptionist to assist in general administrative duties and front desk operations in a dynamic environment.
The prospective candidate will be representing the organisation as the first point of contact.
Responsibilities:
•All reception duties, including cash duties, sales and managing lane bookings. Will also be responsible for all pool equipment and locker keys while providing a courteous, professional, efficient & flexible service consistent with the standards of the MFA Swimming Pool.
•Pool duties, overseeing the cleanliness of the facility and to help with the cleaning when necessary. The overall scope is to maintain a clean & safe working environment of the facility and all public areas.
•Will be responsible for opening or closing the Pool Facility for the public.
•Office Administration work - to handle several administration duties in relation to the swimming school and the maintenance of the Pool members database. Organisation of
Qualifications
Requirements:
•Candidates must be proficient in multitasking and must possess a friendly attitude ensuring a positive client experience
•Fluency in both Maltese and English are essential
•Sound knowledge of basic computer applications including Microsoft Office tools and internet. ECDL Core certificate would be an asset
•Excellent communication and negotiating skills
•Minimum of 3 ‘O’Levels including Maths and English
•Sales experience
