We are currently in need for a Lead Host to work for a successful family run boat tour company that provides boat trips to Comino and Gozo.

Your day will be sent on board the Sea Adventure assisting passengers and undertaking the below duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that enjoy’s meeting new people, is very customer orientated and would like to work in a fun but challenging environment

Duties include

Greeting new passengers, assist with checking them in and making their trip a memorable one
Upselling of our trips, features and merchandise
Leading and motivating a small team
Over seeing the smooth running of daily operations and reporting any concerns to management
Running on board bar
Be the point of contact for any issues arising and resolving them in a calm friendly manner
Increasing our social media presence through onboard activities
Assisting customer’s with any needs they may have
Any other ad hoc duties requested by management
