• To work on CNC machines, including data entry software on machines
• To work on CNC EDM and CNC milling machines, including data entry software on machines
• To work on conventional machines (center lathe, milling, surface grinder)
• Maintenance and repair of moulds, welding and final assembly manufacture of moulds and any other engineering works
• Any work required by the company.

Qualifications

The candidate should have at least 3-years of experience and also have the below skills:

TOOL ROOM MACHINE HANDLING SKILLS

1) LATHE MACHINE OPERATING AND MAINTAINING AS PER DRAWING SPEC.
TURNING, BORING, FACING, EXCENTRIC TURNING DRILLING ETC.

2) MILLING MACHINE OPERATING VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL MACHINE
SIZING, POCKET MILLING, STEP MILLING ETC.

3) SURFACE GRINDING OPERATING
MAINTAINING SIZES AS PER DRAWING FACE GRINDING SLOT GRINDING RIGHT ANGLE ETC.
