We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs. Answering phone calls and checking emails.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
Organising and scheduling appointment.
Will be motivated and trustworthy.
Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Qualifications
• Excellent problem solving, communication and leadership skills
• The ability to work on his/her own initiative
• Be organised and able to work under pressure
• Flexible and capable of working as part of a team
• Customer Service orientation
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good knowledge and experience of all MS office applications
• Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an asset
