• Carrying out site visits and surveying requested land / area and chart survey results applying computer aided software.
• Designing, preparing, developing, updating and maintaining 2D and 3D sketches and drawings from architectural and engineering specifications.
• Establishing baselines and elevations to establish property lines, legal boundaries, building lines and levels of sites.
• Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations, conducted at survey sites and marking these accurately and visibly on site.
• Any ad-hoc duties that may arise at the sole discretion of the management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be:
• Previous land surveying experience is a necessity, preferably with an academic qualification related to this field.
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office as well as computer aided drawing packages.
• Able to work independently to deliver work in a timely and effective manner.
• Conversant in both the English Language as well as Maltese. Knowledge of the Italian language would be considered an asset.
• A driving license.
