Due to several ongoing projects and commercial activities we are looking for PART TIME or FULL TIME Logistics Associate who is willing to work hand in hand with the Sales and Operations departments.

Duties include :

Take over a booking from the the Sales team
Co-ordinate with local and international agents
Tracking of Imports and Exports
Prepare documents for the operations
Deal directly with the client
Manage and filing of paperwork prior and post shipment

Qualifications

Applicant must :

Possess O level Certificates,
Be computer literate,
Be very organised,
Able to work on own initiative,
Speak Fluent English,
Be polite and Punctual,
Willing to learn and work in a team.
Be of clean police conduct
Be in possession of B licence.

Training will be provided but not necessary. Experience in the fiels will be considering an asset.
