Assistant Restaurant Manager
Young, energetic and dynamic individual required to fill a top Management position for one of the leading High end restaurants on the Island.
Have a qualification in food and beverage service and a minimum of two years experience in a similar role;
Have extensive food and wine knowledge;
Have strong leadership, motivational and people skills;
Have good verbal and written communication skills;
Be flexible, outgoing and self-confident;
Be able to work in a team;
Be willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays;
Be computer literate and familiar with internet, e-mails and Microsoft Office applications.
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times;
Achieve and maintain the highest standards of service;
Assist in the training of food and beverage servers;
Work closely with the culinary team as well as the service team in order to ensure guest satisfaction at all times
