Facility Shift Lead

Whilst assisting in the management and development of all aspects of service provision in the facility, this role also entails that the chosen candidate directly manages and supervise care and hospitality services within the facility in the absence of the facility manager. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, good written and oral communication skills and is ready to work on shift basis.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be qualified in a health-related area.
Experience in a supervisory position is an asset.
Diploma or Degree in Nursing preferable.
Be customer oriented, with the ability able to work on own initiative and within a team.
Possess a trustworthy, pro-active and pleasant personality.
IT proficiency: good working knowledge of Microsoft applications as well as ability to understand data and produce reports.
