The Shop Manager is responsible for the effective, efficient and consistent implementation of the company's operational strategy in order to maximize sales and profits while minimizing costs.
The Manager will need to be able to correctly assess standards and results, and take proper action.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about performance and must have a high energy level required for this fast-paced, exciting and dynamic retail environment.
The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
· Ensure that sales are in line with budgets
· Maximise selling
· Ensure customer shopping experience to be in line with the Company’s service levels
· Manage and control in-store shrinkage, waste and stock accuracy
· Implement and monitor all activities
· Manage Health and Safety Standards
· To keep in line performance management, training & development, while ensuring employee relations

Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Maltese
- Experience in similar field
- Good computer knowledge
