Following the introduction of the brand locally, we are looking for an energetic Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager is actively responsible for the sales and operational aspects of the outlet. This position calls for a self-motivated person that innately possesses the drive to increase sales, a passion for the beauty industry, and the desire to exceed expectations with an exquisite delivery of the customer ‘experience’.

• An interest in the beauty industry
• Mature, professional and smart;
• Enthusiastic to be part of a dynamic team who will work in establishing relationships with customers;
• Results driven;
• Total commitment for a pristine image and brand strategy
• Have a good command of spoken English; another language would be considered an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Have 3+ years of retail experience
• Have experience in selling beauty products/ working in the beauty industry is strongly preferred
• Have experience working within a branded concept is preferred
• Be computer literate
• Have an O’Level Standard of Education
