Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and supervision of various construction works at various sites;
• Recording of progress of each construction site, ensuring that material procurement is on schedule to meet project milestones;
• Preparation of the necessary reports to management;
• Assisting the projects manager from inception to finish including BOQ’s, sites staff deployment;
• Taking on going measurements on sites
• Monitoring of quality assurance;
• Ensure acceptable health and safety conditions and enforce health and safety policies on sites;

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Experience in the construction industry is a pre-requisite;
• In possession of a driving license;
• Possess supervision and managerial skills;
• Be proficient in both oral and written English;
• ICT competence;
• Knowledge of ACAD is a must;
• Ideally hold an MCAST-BTEC extended diploma in construction and the built environment (building services engineering) or equivalent;
