The Ideal candidates should be
• Smart and presentable
• Able to communicate well in written and spoken English
• Has an outgoing personality, polite and professional
• Computer literate & familiar with Microsoft Office applications (preferably with ECDL accreditation)
• Has good ‘Customer Care’ skills
Guards will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
• Adhere to standard operating procedures
• Meet & greet visitors and fill out documentation and/or input data
• Handle incoming calls in a courteous manner
• Be conversant with and follow written emergency procedures
• Deal with difficult situations
The posts will require candidates to work on a shift basis including weekends and Public Holidays. Preference will be given to candidates having customer care background.
