We are seeking to recruit an accounts clerk to assist in the Finance Department by performing clerical and accounting work in line with the company's business strategy
Key Responsibilities
. Checking and postings of invoices and payments;
. Daily interaction and involvement with the control of international client accounts - checking of documents, following up on funds received, allocating movements in clients accounts, back office on travel matters, credit insurance;
. Handling of fixed asset register;
. Back office checks and controls – bank reconciliations, supplier and client account reconciliation;
. Assisting colleagues in any other accounting related duties that might be required.
Qualifications
Key Requirements
• A Level Standard
•2+ years admin experience
•Proficient in English and Maltese
•Computer Literate
•Verbal and written skills
