Factory Supervisor

Responsibilities;
Maintain open lines of communication between employees & management.
Create and oversee production schedule emphasizing productivity and resource conservation
Evaluate each manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency
Assume responsibility for manufacturing processes & deadlines
Inspect products prior to dispatch to ensure quality, accurate labelling and record keeping
Keep detailed record of stocks used and transferred. Keeping tally of stocks.
Forecast ordering of raw materials & reporting to management.
Working hours day time only 7:00 - 15:30 Mondays to Fridays

Qualifications

Must speak Maltese.
At least 1 year experience in a supervisory position.
Must be able to handle conflict & keep employees motivated.
Experience with keeping computerised stock records
Applicant must be responsible
Forklift license
Using email to communicate with stores and management.
