Back Office Assistant Manager

We are growing, and we need a Back Office Assistant Manager to assist the support staff trough effective leadership, development and mentoring of new recruits. The Back Office Manager will assist in the development of a culture where the team is fully integrated at office level, creating a cohesive environment.

You will be mainly responsible for:
- Providing effective leadership, coaching and mentoring of new recruits.
- Support and assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures, standards and best practices.
- Assist the Back Office Manager with handling of clients.
- Complete, Compile & Review Vat returns.
- Closure of accounts.
- Answering client & audit queries.
- Ad-Hoc Duties

Qualifications

You need to have:
- 3 years of working experience in accounts or audit
- Passed Mid-way through your ACCA program, ideally covered a minimum of 6 courses
- An eye for detail
- A sense of dedication and commitment
- Fluency in the Maltese & English language both written and spoken.
We are constantly employing new recruits due to our growth, hence you will need to be confident to give training to these candidates for them to reach their full working potential.
