Office Clerk / Receptionist

We are currently looking for an office clerk, to provide various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices.
You shall be responsible to
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spread sheet creation etc.
Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks
Assist in office management and organization procedures
Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
Perform other office duties as assigned
Qualifications
If you have
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
O Level standard and additional certification in ECDL is a plus
