In this instrumental position of Dispatcher, you will form part of our logistics team.

Main duties:
• Ensure that all sales orders are processed and distributed effectively in a timely fashion.
• Implement company procedures to ensure distribution vehicles and personnel are used effectively.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve recurring problems.
• Ensure that all deliveries are done according to market requirements and investigate non-deliveries on a daily basis, by phoning outlets to verify the reasons for the non-delivery reported by the driver.
• Ensure that all work carried out is in accordance to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- A highly organised individual.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using IT software applications.
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure.
- An ‘A‘ level standard of education.
- Good written and verbal skills in English and Maltese.
