ARtech, distributors for Mitsui and Panasonic Air-Conditioner systems & also agents for Central Lifts and ThyssenKrupp lifts, is one of the leading companies in HVAC & Elevators sector on the island.

Due to further expansion we are seeking a Full time After-sales co-ordinator to perform day to day office duties.

Tasks include answering telephone calls, liaising with clients, organizing work schedules for technicians, processing mail & filing, general office duties etc.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate MUST be over 21 years of age, able to speak and write in both Maltese & English and hold a minimum of A level standard of education.

- Strong clerical and administrative abilities
- Deadline oriented and task driven
- Meticulous in their work
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good level of written and spoken Maltese & English
- IT proficient - use of office, emails etc
-Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset
