• Project planning, including producing the detailed project schedule, project progress and other reports
• Preparation of drawings for production
• Site Surveys
• Advising upon the procurement of resources and materials
• Leading and facilitating the overall project team, contractor, client’s team, etc
• Monitoring and applying performance management techniques
• Managing the flow of project information between BE team and the client, through regular meetings
• Be able to take accurate briefs - BE team / client
• Quality Control – Ensuring compliance with quality standards, finishing and materials used
• Preparation of setup / installation drawings and instruction - signage and exhibitions
• Preparation of all parts & accessories needed for installation
• Assistance on installations - Signage & Exhibitions - Local & Foreign when needed
• Equipment Maintenance Scheduling & Supervision
• Stores & Tools Organising
• Premises up keeping
• Replacing & filing in CNC operation when needed
• Requirement to work outside normal office hours on occasion to meet work deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience in the same industry will be given preference
