Neriku Catering is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Storekeeper. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our storeroom, by ordering, receiving and managing inventory.
Storekeeper Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate record keeping of invoices and withdrawals from storeroom
- To confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Receive, unload, organise and shelve supplies
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation for HACCP and trace-ability purposes
- Coordinate the requisition of food required for manufacturing
