One of our clients are currently seeking to recruit a passionate and motivated Head Chef into their team.

About the role

• Hard working, organised, smart and flexible
• Passionate, dedicated and creative about food
• Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
• Dedicating time to develop your team
• Have strong management and leadership skills
• Overseeing food ordering, controlling stock
• Possess a valid work permit to work in Malta

You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s performance(hygiene standards, food cost, staff cost )
