Office Administrator Responsibilities:
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Job brief
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Very computer literate. Including microsoft office use and design.
Job Duties:
•Monthly Roster
•HR
•New applications
•Day to Day running
•Filing
•Documents needed by staff & costumers
•Office Work
•Ensure paperwork & documentstion for QA visits
•Update classlists
•Update contact list
•Diary management for management when needed
•Reminders for staff according to Centre’s Calendar
•Payroll
•Assist other departments on any projects
•Build (together with management team) & type program for staff meetings & appriasal forms
•Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
•Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Qualifications
Experience is vital, experience in a childcare centre is an additional advantage.
Level 5 or administrative diploma
2 or more years’ office administration experience.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
