Accounts Executive

OPTIMISE

Our client, which is a leading provider in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team with immediate effect.

Purpose of the Role:
To assist the client in taking charge of the financial health of the company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions, prepare balance sheets and process invoices, record accounts payable and receivables, update internal systems with financial data, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounting, bank reconciliations and other duties as deem fit from time to time.

Qualifications

Requirements:
Proven working experience is highly considered as an asset but not a must, must have a minimum of A`Level education in accounting, must have solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.

Must be willing to learn and grow, as training will be offered.
Must be attentive to detail and willing to work under pressure.
Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
