a) Taking bookings for cab business.
b) Handling customer complaints and questions.
c) Assisting in coordinating cab logistics.
d) Giving customer information about products and services.
e) Helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations.
f) Taking orders and processing requests.
g) Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
The person must have (min) 3 year’s work experience in customer facing related work, with a can-do attitude and a good eye for detail. Must speak and read well in English.
