Chef for Chinese cuisine

HOT WOK

We are looking for experienced wok chef with knowledge of Chinese cuisine to work in a Chinese restaurant.
Your duties will include:
Using a wok to cook and prepare food
Preparation of vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood, fried goods, curries and sauces etc.
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
Other duties necessary in a kitchen
We are looking for someone who's can work in a fast paced/high pressure environment. The successful candidate will also need to be honest, enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated.
