Chef de Partie - Full Time or Part Time

Due to the increasing business all year round, we are seeking to recruit a Full Time (or Part Time) Chef De Partie to join our very talented team of Chefs working at Palazzo Castelletti Rabat. At the moment team consists of 4 full time and 2 part time employees.

Restaurant offers an elegant but informal dining experience, specializing in Mediterranean food including quality meat, fresh fish, Pasta and Pizza. Restaurant kitchen is open from 8am till 9.30pm everyday Mon to Sun serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The Chef De Partie is expected to work for a 40 hour a week basis (on a 5 day week) according to a roster issued weekly. An above market remuneration package is offered to the right individual, with the possibility for further career advancement in line with growing business necessities.
