1. Profile
• Must have previous experience as waiter
• Must be a team player
• Must be hands on
• Must be fluent in English, other languages will
be considered an asset
• Must be well groomed & polite
• Must be customer oriented
• Must have a basic knowledge in food &
beverage and more importantly a will to learn.
2. Areas of responsibility:
• Restaurant large & small chamber, bar & store area, banqueting hall, main terrace, secret garden and areas where otherwise assigned;
3. To liaise with:
• Management: supervisors daily operational
• Staff: kitchen & other waiters.
Qualifications
4. Specific duties and activities:
• To run the operation and to provide efficient and courteous service.
• Is responsible at all times.
• To take food & beverage orders.
• To make the appropriate cutlery change.
• To make sure that all drinks and food dishes
served are according to customer’s order.
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, their service procedure and all accompaniments.
• Must be familiar with the wine list and must be able to assist by suggesting wines
