Job Description
Fresh to Go Foods Ltd was established in 2019 in order to cater for fruit and vegetables, processing of raw materials to produce ready washed salads, and ready-cut prepared fruit. The owners of the organisation have been in the food and retail industry for over 30 years.

Tasks:

Being responsible for the chasing of debts owed to the organisation and perform adequate follow-ups.
Using our cash counting machine and depositing both cash and cheques.
Checking the accounts systems and bank statements for clearance of payments via cash / transfers / cheques.
To evaluate the credit situation of clients and forward monthly statements to them.
Assist in responding to client inquiries and evaluating new credit requests.
Ensuring proper maintenance of client accounts and records by means of monitoring statements and payments.
Liaising with the Financial Controller and General Manager to fulfil any given duties.
Candidate must have:

Be responsible and trustworthy.
Good communication skills.
Focused on achieving goals for the company in the right way.
Attention to detail and familiar with basic technology skills, such as in data entry and computer usage.
Must be in a possession of driving license B and own a car.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good business acumen for problem-solving.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
Competence in Microsoft Office.
A’ level standard of education minimum.
Experience in a Finance department will be considered an asset.
