Sales & Customer Care Representative

We are seeking to employ a charismatic, and energetic individual possessing outstanding customer service, sales and communication skills.

The successful applicant will be required to meet guests in various locations around the island to rent vehicles and fill in the necessary paperwork. Apart from this, the chosen candidate will also be required to assist in the reservations and other general office duties as may be required at our head office.

The duties would include:
• Act as a car rental sales representative at the various car rental locations.
• Meet clients to fill in the necessary documentation and sales procedures.
• Delivery and collection of vehicles.
• General administrative duties.
• Coordinating rentals with other stations and departments.

The selected candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package as well as commission on sales.

Qualifications

The successful applicant must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Outstanding skills in sales and customer service.
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of locations around the island.
• Possess a good level of computer literacy.
• A clean driving license.
