Reporting to the works manager, the required assistant works manager will primarily be involved in the managing preparation if the company’s daily works for its large and diverse workforce. A proven track record in achieving goals, targets, and objectives along with some experience in a similar role would be considered an asset. The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours be a dynamic, self motivated person who is able to work under pressure and on his or her own initiative. He or she must possess excellent communication and managerial skills and able to meet strict deadlines. An attractive renumeration package and conditions will be offered to the successful candidate.
