Web Project Manager

This is a position at our office in Gzira, Malta. SalesCharge is a recognized and comprehensive leader in IT/web development. We provide customizable CRMs and system integrations for the Finance Industry.

We are made up of a diverse team of professionals from around the world and offer many exciting opportunities for professional advancement!

Responsibilities:

+ Lead projects from start to finish and communicate directly with clients (Skype)
+ Translate requests from clients into technical requirements for our developers
+ Troubleshoot minor issues with the CRM / product(s)
+ Assist in training the clients on how to use our products and/or writing instruction manuals for them
+ Provide ongoing post-delivery support and excellent customer service to clients

You will have direct access to many sensitive materials and as such we at SalesCharge need to have complete trust.

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for:

+ Experience managing application development projects
+ Ability to work independently and proactively to anticipate and manage clients’ needs and requests
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with different types of clients
+ Well-developed capacity for dealing with issues and tracking them to completion
+ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to lead and coordinate tasks among a small team
+ Experience with or knowledge of task management software (Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar)
+ Knowledge on any level of any programming language (PHP, NodeJS, Javascript*) is a plus
